Parks & Recreation Active Park Properties

Manalapan Township maintains many parks and recreation facilities throughout the Township, but the Manalapan Recreation Center (M.R.C.) provides the widest variety of facilities, with many lighted for night usage. Located on Route 522, across from the Municipal Building, the M.RC. is open 8:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Beginning October 1, the MRC hours will close at dusk, but will open Thursday and Sunday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. through March 31. Facilities in the M.R.C. can be reserved (except splash pad). Picnic facilities are available immediately adjacent to the Kuschick Pavilion. Splash Pad is located next to Field K (behind Field 9) on the expansion property.

• The M.R.C. is a non-smoking facility.
• No pets permitted in the M.R.C.
• The M.R.C. is closed during inclement weather.
• Splash Pad will be closed until further notice
• Splash Pad will not be open during Summer Camp hours for the summer of 2021.
• The M.R.C. shall close at dusk on Mischief Night (October 30th) and Halloween (October 31st)
