The Monmouth County Division on Aging, Disabilities & Veterans Services, in partnership with MOCEANS, is hosting a Fair on the Farm Disability Resource Event for community members, individuals living with disabilities, families, caregivers, and anyone who may benefit from connecting with local resources and services.
