Tax Payment Reminder: The Second Quarter Tax is due May 1, 2021. As per NJSA 54:4-67, the Township of Manalapan permits a 10-day grace period for tax payments. Payments received in our office or left in the drop box after 4:00 p.m. on May 10th will accrue interest charges calculated from the original due date of May 1st.
The Homestead Benefit Credit has been applied to the Second Quarter Tax. Adjusted tax bills were mailed to eligible homeowners at the end of March 2021. Any questions regarding this benefit should be directed to the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation at 1-888-238-1233.
The municipal building remains closed to the public. Payments may be made by mail, online through our website, through your banks online bill pay service or placed in our drop box. The drop box is silver and located on the left wall outside of the municipal building.
Payments left in the drop box after 4:00 p.m. will be considered received as of the next business day.
The Tax Collector’s office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
