The Monmouth County Office on Aging distributes funding to agencies and government entities to support senior services under the federal mandate of the Older Americans Act. The five service areas are: access services, nutrition, in-home support services, community support, and caregiver services. In order to receive funding for these services for Monmouth County residents, the Office on Aging is required to submit a yearly area plan to the NJ Division of Aging Services that addresses these service areas. We encourage public input to assist in our survey to better serve Monmouth County seniors.
