Tax Payment Reminder:
Fourth Quarter taxes are due November 1, 2020. As per NJSA 54:4-67, the Township of Manalapan does permit a 10-day grace period. To avoid interest charges, payments must be receive by our office or left in the drop box by 4:00 p.m. on November 10th. Payments received after 4:00 p.m. will accrue interest charges calculated from the original due date of November 1st.
If you received an Added Assessment bill(s) and are responsible for paying your own taxes, all Fourth Quarter stubs are due including the stub you received in July of this year. If you have a mortgage company that pays taxes on your behalf and you are not sure if they will pay the Added Assessment(s), please contact them before making a payment.
The municipal building remains closed to the public. Payments may be made by mail, online through our website, through your banks online bill pay service or placed in our drop box.
The drop box is located on the left wall outside of the municipal building.
The Tax Collector’s office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Payments left in the drop box after 4:00 p.m. will be considered received as of the next business day.
